- Can foreign buyers purchase?
- Yes — our current freehold projects are open to foreign purchasers above the state minimum price. Our team will confirm eligibility for your case.
- How do I book a viewing?
- Select any unit on a project's living plan and choose Book a Viewing — or WhatsApp us and we'll arrange a gallery or video appointment.
- Is the availability on the plan real?
- Yes. The plan shows the same live status our sales system uses. If it shows open, it's open.
- What deposit is required to reserve?
- A booking fee reserves your unit for 14 days while the sale and purchase agreement is prepared. The fee is fully applied to your purchase.
- Are the show units furnished as pictured?
- Show units at the gallery present the actual finishes; furniture staging is illustrative.
