Twenty-eight years of considered ground
Meridian Land Group began in 1998 with a single conviction: land deserves more patience than the market usually gives it. We plan around trees, traffic and the people who will live and work in a place — then we build slowly enough to keep the promise.
Since 2024, every Meridian project has been published as a living plan — the same document our sales studio quotes from, open to anyone. We believe a buyer who can walk the plan makes a better decision, and a developer who publishes it makes better plans.

Sustainability
The canopy comes first
Every Meridian master plan begins with a tree survey. We retain existing canopy wherever the plan allows, design podiums for rain harvesting, and target GBI certification on all residential towers. Slow planning is sustainable planning.
