A commercial park is not sold the way a tower is. A tenant arrives with a floor area, a loading requirement and a date, and the question is which bay fits — not which view. The plan has to answer that in the order they ask it: where the zone sits, which building serves it, which bay is still free, and how big it is.
RegalScene Commerce Park walks that order. The master plan opens on the whole estate with its zones named, the logistics zone shows the warehouse cluster, and a building opens to its bays with leasable area and current status painted on each one.

Into the logistics zone
The warehouse cluster opens with W-01, W-02 and W-03 and the yard access that decides whether a bay works for a given fleet.
Bays, with status on them
W-02 opens to its six bays, each carrying leasable area and whether it is available, reserved, leased or on hold — the same status the leasing team quotes from.
Enquiries that name the bay
An enquiry raised on a bay arrives carrying that bay, so the first call starts from the space the tenant was actually looking at.
